18-inch pies, Grande mozzarella, and a three-ingredient dough. Walk-up slices and whole pies on Michigan Avenue.
In the case
Cheese is $5. Pepperoni, sausage, and Burrata Arugula are $6. Burrata Arugula is a cheese slice finished with arugula and burrata after the oven. Three more specialty pies rotate into the case at $6 per slice. The new weekly lineup is posted every Tuesday here and on our Instagram and Facebook.

James, Natalie & Jerry
James grew up around New York. Jerry’s father was born in the city. They couldn’t find a real slice shop in Sheboygan — so they built one. Opened June 2023. People now drive from Green Bay, Milwaukee, and Chicago.
